Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for a banking transformation in Dublin City Centre. This is a day-rate contract with 3 days onsite in Dublin, initially 6 to 12 months and urgent interviews next week.

You will lead senior stakeholder workshops, quickly understand complex banking processes and drive practical outcomes across the programme, combining Lean methods with robust BA practices to deliver value in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Banking experience essential.
• Lean process-improvement background.
• Strong process-mapping experience (current/future-state).
• Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes in large, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Map and analyse current and future-state processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive Lean and continuous-improvement activities across the programme.
• Gather, challenge and document business requirements.
• Produce process maps, user stories, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Shape solutions across a complex banking environment.
