Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Loan Origination Business Analyst contractor in Dublin City Centre to support a major lending transformation programme. You will work across business and technology teams to map lending journeys and deliver new end-to-end solutions.

Experience in banking or financial services is essential, with knowledge of loan origination, credit and lending platforms; nCino exposure is highly advantageous. You'll collaborate across workshops, design, testing and UAT.

Qualifications

Experience in banking or financial services is essential.
End-to-end loan origination lifecycle knowledge is essential.
Experience with loan origination platforms is required.
Hands-on experience with nCino is highly desirable.
Experience with retail and/or corporate lending products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Gathering and documenting requirements across loan origination, lending and credit processes.
Mapping current and future-state lending journeys and identifying areas for improvement.
Running workshops with lending, credit, operations and technology stakeholders.
Producing user stories, business requirements, workflows and process documentation.
Working with Solution Architects and development teams to shape appropriate solutions.
Supporting the implementation and enhancement of loan origination platforms.
Maintaining traceability between business requirements, solution design and delivery.
Supporting QA teams with test scenarios, requirements clarification and defect resolution.
Supporting business users throughout UAT and implementation.
Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the overall customer lending journey.
