Job summary

DHAKA FOODS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily F&B activities, supervise restaurant and kitchen teams, and drive efficiency. The role requires coordinating across kitchen, service staff and suppliers, and ensuring high standards of food safety and service quality.

You will stand in for the chef as needed, train staff, and implement procedures to improve productivity and profitability across the outlet.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant F&B or restaurant operations management experience.
• Fluent Bangla/Bengali communication with kitchen staff and employees.
• Experience coordinating between kitchen, service staff, suppliers and management.
• Capable of assisting kitchen team and standing in for the chef when necessary.
• Supervise kitchen staff, service personnel and other operational employees.
• Monitor attendance, performance, discipline and productivity.
• Manage food costs, labour, stock levels and operating expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily food and beverage operations for smooth business activities.
• Supervise restaurant operations, kitchen activities, service standards and manpower deployment.
• Implement procedures to improve productivity, service quality and business performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, service personnel, suppliers and management.
• Supervise, coordinate and allocate duties to staff and ensure coverage.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance and discipline and provide training on procedures and standards.
• Monitor food costs, labour expenses and inventory; coordinate purchasing and supplier arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and SOPs; maintain cleanliness and safe handling.
