Job summary

SuperValu Centra in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Bakery Team Member to run the department from early mornings, delivering high quality products and excellent customer service.

You will bake to a high standard, merchandise to planograms, follow production and stock controls, and work in a fast-paced team with weekend and 4am start shifts. Previous bakery experience is desirable and a baking qualification is a distinct advantage.

• Previous food preparation and production experience is desirable.

• Bake and finish products to the highest standard.
• Drive sales through in-store initiatives.
• Merchandise and present the Bakery department to the highest standard at all times and in accordance with relevant store planograms and guidelines.
• Adhere to weekly stocktaking and daily waste procedures in the Bakery.
• Adhere to production planning and batch control guidelines for bakery products.
• Conduct quality and freshness checks.
• Attend relevant training as required and implement learnings in store.
