Job summary

Centra Ballincollig is seeking an Evening Supervisor to lead a small team, delivering outstanding customer service in a busy store.

The role is full-time, 30 hours plus, with shifts from 1pm to 10pm and Saturday/Sunday rotation with the management team. Previous retail or management experience is required, and a competitive rate of pay is offered.

Main purpose of the role:
Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Minimum 1 years€,, experience in a customer service facing role
  
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
  
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store

  Main duties:

About the locality:

Centra Ballincollig is currently looking for new team members to join our team

We have a full time Evening Supervisor role available

- the role is 30 hour +

- the candidate must be able to work Saturday & Sundays in rotation with the rest of the managment team

- the shift is 1pm to 10pm

- previous retail or managment experience is required

- very healthy rate of pay
