The role is full‑time, hybrid with three office days per week, offering hands‑on ownership, growth opportunities, and exposure to multi‑channel marketing in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing execution experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or shift‑based industries.
• Ability to own campaigns from concept to execution with measurable results.
• Strong commercial mindset linking marketing activities to revenue goals and upsell KPIs.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress and social platforms.
• Experience in graphic design for marketing assets and content creation across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns end‑to‑end across email, social media, paid ads, and web to drive lead generation and growth targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product to plan campaigns for upsell KPIs and product adoption.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies for new product features, integrations, and partner marketing initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI across channels.
