Job summary

AccountsIQ, part of AIQ Group, is seeking a commercially minded Campaign Manager to join our Growth Marketing team in the UK and Ireland. You will own end-to-end campaigns, from insight to launch, and drive measurable revenue by optimizing across channels with Sales and RevOps.

Based in Dublin or London, you’ll shape campaigns, test new ideas, and deliver pipeline growth using data-driven insights and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS/fintech, with strong demand-gen focus.
• Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
• Commercial mindset linking activity to pipeline, conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end B2B campaigns from insight through planning, build, launch, optimize and reporting.
• Develop integrated campaigns across digital, email, web, content, events and ABM.
• Align activity with pipeline priorities and collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality.
• Equip Sales with messaging and assets to engage prospects and convert opportunities.
• Manage multiple campaigns, budgets, suppliers and deadlines with a test‑and‑learn approach.
