Job summary

Bizimply is seeking a Marketing Executive in Ireland to own end-to-end campaign execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will drive new business lead generation and upsell KPIs by collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape campaigns and product messaging.

This hybrid role blends hands-on execution with strategic ownership to accelerate growth. You'll craft compelling content, manage social channels, and develop collateral while analyzing performance to optimize ROI

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing execution experience in B2B SaaS or similar tech industries.
• Ability to own campaigns from concept to execution with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of linking marketing activities to revenue and upsell KPIs.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, paid ads and web to drive new business lead generation.
• Collaborate with CS and Product to plan campaigns targeting upsell KPIs and product adoption.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new features and partner marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Ownership

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns end‑to‑end across email, social media, paid ads, and web to drive new business lead generation and achieve Q4 growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success (CS) and Product teams to plan and execute targeted customer marketing campaigns designed to meet upsell KPIs and improve product adoption.
• Support go‑to‑market strategies for new product features, integrations, and strategic partner marketing initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using analytics tools to continually optimize ROI across both new business and customer retention channels.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Manage social media channels independently, overseeing content creation, reporting, and contributing to overall social media strategy.
• Develop compelling sales collateral, product marketing graphics, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages to articulate product benefits.
• Provide event support, trade show coordination, and internal office administration as needed.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Manage CRM updates and lead nurturing to support sales enablement, inbound conversion, and customer success.
• Assist in SEO/GEO, social media growth, and multi‑channel efforts to expand Bizimply's online presence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing execution, social media management, and campaign creation (ideally within B2B SaaS, tech, or shift‑based industries).
• Proven ability to work independently, taking full ownership of campaigns from concept to execution with a strong focus on driving measurable results.
• Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of linking marketing activities directly to revenue goals and upsell KPIs.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and social platforms.
• Demonstrated experience and skills in graphic design for marketing assets and content creation across multiple digital channels.
• Excellent communication, writing, and cross‑functional collaboration skills to work seamlessly across BD, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Bonus: Familiarity with workforce management, HR tech, event planning, or content management.
