Job summary

Distilled in Ireland is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to drive B2B marketing for estate agents across Ireland. You will partner with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Data, Finance and Commercial teams to enable, inform and support agents, shaping our voice in the Irish property market.

This hands-on, strategic role sits at high visibility with significant influence as we progress vendor-funded advertising and agent partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years proven experience in a B2B marketing role.
• Strong background in sales enablement, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing complex communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into easy-to-consume formats.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Enable the sales team through targeted marketing support, coaching materials and collateral.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including decks, one-pagers and case studies.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product rollouts.
• Own all agent communications and ensure messaging is clear and timely.
• Gather insights from agents to influence marketing, product and strategy.
