This is a hands-on, strategic role with high visibility across the business and significant influence on how Daft.ie partners with the Irish property industry into the future.

Please note: This role is mid-level on our Marketing Career Map, prior experience in Marketing is a requirement.

How you’ll Play your Part

As a Junior Marketing Manager working on the B2B side, your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Agent Enablement
  • Enable the sales team through targeted marketing support, coaching materials, and collateral to support sustainable growth.
  • Develop and maintain all sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, and objection-handling content.
  • Support and scale agent partnerships that reinforce long-term value creation.
  • Lead peer-to-peer marketing, telling compelling stories around vendor funding and showcasing agent success.
Agent Product Marketing & Communications
  • Own all agent communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with agent needs and expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for product rollouts, ensuring successful launch, adoption, and commercial impact.
  • Manage all commercial and product rollouts, working cross-functionally to minimise disruption and build trust.
  • Rework existing vendor funding best-practice content into short-form, easy-to-consume formats for agents.
Agent Insight & Product Influence
  • Gather and embed agent insights into marketing, product and commercial strategy so we remain focused on the right outcomes for our valued customers.
  • Identify and flag agents best suited for future product discovery and research, contributing insights that support innovation.
  • Act as the internal advocate for estate agents, ensuring their feedback, challenges, and priorities are clearly represented and influence decision-making.
Industry Positioning & Partnerships
  • Support the positioning of Daft.ie as a leading voice within the property industry, identifying and leveraging opportunities to showcase our thinking through industry events, editorial contributions, awards, and speaking engagements.
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships across the property sector, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen Daft.ie’s presence and influence.
  • Ensure partners clearly understand Daft.ie’s focus on supporting agent growth and our collective ambition to progress towards a vendor-funded future.
  • Represent Daft.ie as a trusted, long-term partner to the property industry, collaborating on initiatives that support agents’ continued success.
Agent Brand Ownership
  • Champion the agent brand across Daft.ie, applying updates from our Brand Playbook consistently across all agent-facing touchpoints.
  • Lead a transformation of agent product pages, ensuring they are clear, compelling, and aligned with the updated brand and value proposition.
