Job summary

eir business talent is seeking a Programme Manager for Azure Cloud Migration & Transformation in Dublin, with hybrid working. The role leads large-scale cloud transformation programmes from strategy through to migration, covering governance, adoption and value realisation.

Expect multi-vendor, globally distributed delivery teams and close engagement with senior stakeholders. The position requires proven Azure migration experience and strong governance skills, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing large transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Azure Cloud Migration programmes.
• Strong governance, reporting and benefits realisation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Azure Cloud Migration and Transformation programmes.
• Establish governance, steering committees and executive reporting frameworks.
• Define migration roadmaps, lead portfolio assessments and migration waves.
• Lead Azure Landing Zone setup and cloud foundation implementation.
• Engage CIOs/CTOs and security teams as primary escalation point for risks.
• Manage programme budgets, forecasts and ROI tracking.
