Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Programme Manager to lead Azure Cloud migration and transformation programmes in Dublin. The role covers planning, delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement to drive cloud adoption.

The candidate will oversee application modernisation, infrastructure migration, and Azure Landing Zone workstreams with global partner collaboration. Hybrid work in Dublin is offered for this 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT
• 8+ years managing large transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of Azure migration, application modernisation, and operating models
• Experience with multi-vendor/global teams
• Governance, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and RAID management
• Azure cost optimisation, compliance, and disaster recovery experience
• Mentored project teams and migration planning experience

About Your New Job

As a Programme Manager – Azure Cloud Migration & Transformation, you will:

What Skills You Need

• 12+ years in IT, 8+ years managing large transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Azure migration, application modernisation, and operating models.
• Managed portfolios over £5M+ and led multi-vendor/global teams.
• Skilled in governance, financials, stakeholder engagement, and RAID management.
• Experience with Azure cost optimisation, compliance, disaster recovery, and cloud adoption is desirable.
• Mentored project teams; familiarity with migration planning and execution is a plus.
