Job summary

Citco in Dublin 1 is seeking a Vice President, KYC/AML (Private Assets) to lead AML processes and ensure alignment with regulatory objectives. The role involves coordinating AML projects, enhancing procedures, and providing expert guidance across Ireland and other jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates have 6-8 years AML experience, strong leadership and communication, and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years AML related work experience in a financial services institution.
• Excellent knowledge of AML Regulations in Ireland and other jurisdictions such as Luxembourg and Cayman.
• Expertise and understanding of the Transfer Agency business and relevant regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong communication skills.
• Compliance or related qualification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AML team procedures while adhering to policies.
• Oversee AML processes to meet company and regulatory objectives.

• Support business as usual processes as required.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Involved in the continuous review and enhancement of the AML Team procedures while ensuring adherence to applicable policies;
• Oversee AML processes to ensure company and regulatory objectives are achieved;
• In charge of AML project planning and oversight of delivery;
• Support business as usual process as required;
• Stay abreast of emerging financial crime trends including developments in technology/reg tech;
• Acting as a key point of contact for AML queries and escalations;
• Assist the business in coordinating and implementing regulatory changes;
• Reviewing AML and other regulations and developments and informing senior management of impact on procedures and processes;
• In charge of motivation, performance management and development of staff (including AML training) to provide the highest level of service to all internal and external clients;
• Develop strong working relationships with Clients, MLRO’s, shareholders, regulators, auditors and other external and internal parties as required;
• Interact directly with senior business management in a decision-making capacity in Ireland and other applicable jurisdictions.

Qualifications

About You:

• 6-8 years AML related work experience in a financial services institution, preferably Funds Industry;
• Showcase excellent knowledge of AML Regulations in Ireland and other jurisdictions such as Luxembourg and Cayman;
• Expertise and understanding of the Transfer Agency business, as well as the knowledge of regulations impacting the financial services;
• Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills;
• Compliance or other relevant qualification an advantage
