Quest Recruitment seeks a high‑calibre Assistant Vice President to lead Fund Accounting in Cork. You will oversee a portfolio’s valuations, maintain control standards and guide a team to deliver high‑quality service to clients and their investors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Hedge Fund Accounting or a similar environment.
• Supervisory or senior Fund Accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fund Accounting processes and valuations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of quality and delivery of Fund Accounting across an assigned client portfolio.
• Review and approve daily, weekly and month-end valuations with accuracy.
• Lead and manage a team to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting transactions and policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Oversee integration of new products, clients and business initiatives.
