Job summary

EMPOWERMENT is seeking a bright Hedge Fund Accounting professional to join their expanding team in 2026, with a hybrid setup (3 days on-site, 2 WFH) in Ireland. You will manage client relationships across a suite of funds, review NAV calculations, and deliver MIS reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Hedge Fund Accounting with supervisory experience, an undergraduate degree in Finance or Business, and strong communication to manage internal and external

• At least 6 years in Hedge Fund Accounting with supervisory/management experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or similar.
• Accounting qualification (or pursuit of) advantageous but not essential.
• Superior communication skills, ability to manage internal & external relationships.

Responsibilities
