• Strong hedge fund accounting experience within fund administration or asset servicing.
• Thorough understanding of the NAV production and review process.
• Experience supervising fund accounting teams.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and robust internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NAV production and review process.
• Lead and develop a team of fund accounting professionals.
• Review reconciliations, valuations, fee calculations and reporting.
• Manage client relationships and act as senior escalation point.
• Monitor service delivery against deadlines and quality standards.
• Support onboarding of new funds and new business implementations.
• Coach and train team members on best practices.
