Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking an experienced professional for a Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President level role in Client Oversight Operations and Transformation. You will lead a cross-location hedge fund accounting delivery model, overseeing offshore teams in India and Manila while maintaining client relationships and performance delivery.

You will drive process improvements, manage KPIs, and partner with multiple operations functions to scale and control the service model.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years Hedge Fund Accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/people-management role.
• Strong knowledge of complex hedge fund structures and OTC derivatives.
• Experience overseeing offshore teams or outsourced delivery.
• Track record of managing performance, deadlines, KPIs or SLAs.
• Strong client-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Interest in process improvement, automation and operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members with focus on performance and engagement.
• Oversee offshore Centres of Excellence delivering fund accounting services.
• Ensure client KPIs, SLAs and reporting deadlines are met consistently.
• Build strong client relationships and manage service issues and priorities.
• Review performance data, control stats and service metrics to identify risks.
• Drive process optimisation, automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Support operational projects and system enhancements to improve delivery.
• Ensure new clients/products are implemented in a controlled, scalable manner.
• Collaborate with Investor Services, Custody, Depositary and other teams.
• Support succession planning, training and performance reviews across the team.
