Job summary

SMBC Aviation Capital in Dublin is looking for an Analyst / AVP to manage CNX document control, closing documentation and portfolio records. The role supports the transaction lifecycle from contracting to post-delivery, ensuring accurate, compliant records and efficient document flow.

The candidate will help implement a best-in-class document management system, work on related IT projects, and coordinate with external counsel and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience in a records or information management environment.
• Desirable qualification in Archives and Records Management or Library/Information Studies.
• Knowledge of asset management, aircraft leasing, sales or securitization is a plus.
• Advanced IT skills in MS Office (Excel/Word) and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track and process contractual records for new transactions and existing portfolios.
• Assist with document execution and manage records retention policies.
• Develop and maintain a best-in-class document management system using IT tools.
• Support large-scale projects to migrate/merge records across storage environments.
• Field queries on documentation status and provide governing admin support.
