Job summary

SMBC Aviation Capital is seeking an Analyst in Dublin to support the Commercial Negotiation & Execution (CNX) function. You will provide administrative assistance, coordinate approvals, manage invoicing with finance, and support legal cost reporting, onboarding, and internal processes.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in a client-facing, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate approvals and manage invoicing processes with finance.
• Prepare and maintain reports on legal invoices and costs.
• Liaise with law firms and manage relationship records.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, including law firm visits.
• Maintain CNX induction materials and onboarding processes.
• Support reporting obligations and covenant compliance.
