Job summary

Ryanair in Dublin seeks a Technical Records Administrator to join the Engineering Team of Europe’s Largest Airline Group. Based at our Head Office, you will gain exposure to aircraft maintenance records and work closely with Senior Management responsible for Technical Services.

Operate in a collaborative environment with minimal supervision, handling filing, archiving, and retrieval tasks to support ongoing operations for thousands of daily flights and millions of passengers monthly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in-person and by electronic means.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sort and file maintenance records and archive per procedures and regulations.
• Ensure archives are maintained to comply with regulations.
• Assist with retrieval requests from the archive.
• Assist with moving records between main and satellite archives.
