Job summary

Ryanair in Dublin seeks a Technical Records Administrator to join the Engineering Team of Europe’s Largest Airline Group. Based at our Head Office, you will gain exposure to aircraft maintenance records and work closely with Senior Management responsible for Technical Services.

Operate in a collaborative environment with minimal supervision, handling filing, archiving, and retrieval tasks to support ongoing operations for thousands of daily flights and millions of passengers monthly.

• Computer literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Overview

Ryanair is recruiting a Technical Records Administrator for the Engineering Team of Europe's Largest Airline Group.

Based in our Head Office in Dublin, this is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in Europe's leading airline, working closely with Senior Management responsible for Technical Services of over 600 aircraft. Working as part of our Technical Services team, you will report to the Tech Services Manager and work as part of a team with responsibility for ensuring that our operation runs as smoothly as possible as we fly 3,600+ flights per day and 20+ million passengers per month.

Responsibilities

• Sorting and filing of maintenance records and storing in the archive in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulation.
• Ensuring the records archive is kept in an acceptable condition to ensure compliance with applicable regulation.
• Assist with requests for records retrieval from the archive.
• Assist with moving of records between main and satellite records archives.

Requirements

• Must have excellent communication skills, both in-person and by electronic means.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of Word and Excel.
