Job summary

Ryanair seeks a Technical Standards Engineer to develop, maintain, and control maintenance standards, procedures, and technical documentation ensuring safe and compliant aircraft maintenance operations. This role serves as a link between operations, Safety and Compliance, driving clear communications and effective management across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in aircraft maintenance or technical support environment.
  • Familiarity with document control/revision in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge and experience using AMOS and MyBoeingFleet.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in amendments of procedures and manuals with regulatory considerations.
  • Support root cause and corrective actions for safety occurrences and audits.
  • Promote compliance with Safety Policy and Objectives.
  • Close containment actions related to safety occurrences or findings.
  • Standardise processes across sites within the Ryanair network.
  • Assess alternative tools and manage technical documentation systems.
  • Review applications for compliance with Part 66 requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the PAML group and change processes.
  • Work with MOE, TSM, and SMM manuals and procedures.
  • Navigate engineering systems and access Boeing fleet documentation libraries.
  • Apply human factors principles throughout duties.
