Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Scheduling Manager-Aviation to join our Infrastructure team. The role requires attendance on site three days a week with two days remote, supporting capital programmes with accurate schedules.

You will lead embedded scheduling resources, maintain data quality, and drive continuous improvement of scheduling practices. Collaboration with Programme Controls and external stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing and managing schedules for technically complex infrastructure projects.
• Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into an integrated master schedule.
• Experience in consultancy or client/contractor environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex, multi-project programmes schedules.
• Lead scheduling resources and ensure application of standard processes.
• Provide governance of schedule tracking and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with Programme Controls and stakeholders for alignment.
