Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Senior Scheduler:Aviation to join our on-site team. The role involves developing, maintaining and integrating project schedules in Primavera P6, coordinating with PMs, and ensuring accurate programme logic and reporting.

The position offers a hybrid mix with on-site presence three days a week and two days work-from-home. You will lead planning teams across complex infrastructure projects, drive schedule governance, and support Earned Value and cost forecasting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and controls within large infrastructure, engineering, energy, or construction environments.
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and strong proficiency in MS Project and project reporting systems.
• Proven ability to develop and embed scheduling frameworks, governance processes, standards, and assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop project Gantt charts in Primavera P6 aligned with the Delivery Programme's WBS.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to establish realistic activity durations across the full lifecycle.
• Establish leads, lags, dependencies and contingency allowances to identify critical path.
• Integrate schedules into a Master Programme Schedule with portfolio-wide view.
• Maintain monthly schedules and update the Master Programme for enterprise reporting.
• Review contractor programmes and contribute to tender evaluations.
• Support Earned Value Analysis and preparation of programme reports.
