Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Senior Project Manager - Aviation to lead major airport, terminal, airfield and civil infrastructure projects from Dublin. This role is primarily site-based, four days per week on site with one day for remote work.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years' experience delivering complex aviation projects, strong leadership, NEC contracts experience, and proven capability in cost, schedule and stakeholder management across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience within construction and infrastructure, incl. aviation or major projects.
• Experience in live airport environments with safety and stakeholder management requirements.
• Proven on-site project delivery leadership across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Experience using NEC contracts as client, contractor or consultant.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, risk, governance and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination across lifecycle interfaces.
• Maintain the RACI task tracker and report monthly progress.
• Coordinate design consultants and external service providers.
• Organise design review meetings and approve design changes.
• Communicate design changes to the project team and stakeholders.
• Manage project information flow between team and client.
• Identify improvements to PM procedures, templates and products.
• Monitor performance management and manage change control.
