Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Senior Scheduler:Aviation to join our Dublin office on-site three days per week with two days remote. The role focuses on developing and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules, coordinating with project managers, and delivering a robust Master Programme Schedule across multiple projects.

You will lead scheduling teams, integrate cost-loaded schedules, monitor earned value, and provide high‑level reports to governance.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling and project controls within large infrastructure environments.
Proven ability to develop and embed scheduling frameworks, governance processes and standards.
Experience delivering integrated schedules across multiple projects or portfolios.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills for planning teams and governance.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to produce executive‑level reports.

Responsibilities

Develop project Gantt charts using Primavera P6 aligned with WBS and milestones.
Collaborate with Project Managers to establish durations and dependencies.
Maintain and consolidate Master Programme Schedule and report monthly.
Review contractor programmes and support tender evaluations.
Prepare cost-loaded schedules and support cash-flow forecasting.
Provide scheduling data analysis and ad-hoc programme reporting.
