Job summary

CREGG is recruiting for a Sales & Procurement Assistant based in Shannon, Co. Clare. The role offers training and career development within a multidisciplinary team in an aviation-focused environment.

Successful candidates will have experience in aviation or supply chain, along with strong communication, organisational and customer service abilities, plus proficiency in MS Office; training and support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or supply chain is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and administration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with aviation portals (e.g., ILS MART) and Quantum System is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Place Purchase orders & Sales orders with best price for Aircraft materials/parts for customers.
• Knowledge of operational use of online Portals (e.g. ILS MART, Quantum System).
• Locate stock into the correct locations in accordance with required procedures.
• Ensure paperwork for shipments, COC’s are maintained and stored correctly.
• Develop and maintain excellent, positive business relationships with customers.
• As part of a multidisciplinary team, perform other general ad hoc duties as appropriate.
