Job summary

Moog MRO Services is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance across our MRO business. You will lead Customer Services and Materials teams, manage key relationships, and oversee contract governance, pricing, and renewal processes.

You will identify business development opportunities, prepare commercial proposals, and collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure sustainable growth and excellent service delivery in a global market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience in commercial roles within MRO, aviation services, or aerospace.
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes, material management, and MRO commercial models.
Proven experience in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and commercial strategy.
Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with EASA/FAA regulatory environments.
Full driving licence and ability to commute to Ballyboughal, North County Dublin.
