Job summary

Moog MRO Services in Dublin seeks a Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance and ensure exceptional customer experience across the MRO business. You will lead Customer Services and Materials teams, manage major customer relationships, and ensure contractual compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in aerospace/commercial roles, strong negotiation and leadership, and familiarity with EASA/FAA environments. Onsite in North County Dublin with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial roles within MRO, aviation services, or aerospace.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and MRO commercial models.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, customer relationship management, and commercial strategy.
• Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with EASA/FAA regulatory environments.
• Full driving licence and ability to commute to Ballyboughal, North County Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial interface between the company and customers.
• Lead Customer Services and Materials teams to performance targets.
• Oversee contract governance, renewal, and KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with Finance for accurate billing and margin management.
• Identify business development opportunities and tender responses.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Finance for service delivery.
