You will work with senior management, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful commercial delivery and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 3rd Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in a senior commercial/quantity surveying position in construction.
• Experience leading a commercial team and managing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the commercial team with clear objectives and KPIs.
• Develop commercial strategies aligned with project delivery requirements.
• Oversee financial performance: revenue, margin and cash flow targets.
• Lead cost planning, budgeting and forecasting across projects.
• Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior management.
• Oversee contracts and subcontracts negotiations and management.
