Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of commercial experience within MRO, aviation services, or aerospace.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and MRO commercial models.
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, customer relationships, and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary commercial interface with customers and partners.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle, negotiation, compliance, and renewal.
  • Monitor KPIs, penalties, and revenue leakage; implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Finance on billing, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Lead Customer Services and Materials teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive proposals, pricing strategies, and tender responses for MRO services.
  • Support business development and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Work with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure service delivery.

This role leads Customer Services and Materials teams, manages key customer relationships, oversees contract governance, and identifies business development opportunities to support sustainable growth.
