Job summary

Moog Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the Customer Services, Materials and Stores teams and to drive commercial performance across the MRO business.

You will manage key customer relationships, oversee contract governance, and collaborate with Finance on billing and margins to support sustainable growth.

This role requires 10+ years in aerospace/commercial roles, a relevant degree, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial roles within MRO, aviation services, or aerospace.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance, material management, and MRO models.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation, customer relationships, and commercial strategy.
• Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with EASA/FAA regulatory environments.
• Valid driving licence and ability to commute to Ballyboughal, North County Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, suppliers, sales managers, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead regular business reviews, performance meetings, and service-level discussions.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle including negotiation, execution, compliance, and renewal.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate billing, forecasting, and margin management.
• Identify and develop commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and tender responses for MRO services.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competition and emerging trends.
• Lead Customer Services, Materials & Stores teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
