Job summary

CAE in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support FAA/EASA-approved borescope inspection activities and maintenance administration for a global client base. The role reports to the 145 Department Manager and involves coordinating inspectors, handling documentation, and liaising with customers and stakeholders.

The position emphasizes aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and collaborative teamwork within a hybrid environment with ~50% onsite attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in aviation, engineering, technical studies, business operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Three years of experience in a Maintenance Coordinator, Production Coordinator, Planning, Maintenance Administration, or similar role within an airline, aircraft maintenance, MRO, or related aviation environment.
• Experience coordinating maintenance or inspection activities within a regulated environment.
• Experience working with technical documentation, maintenance records, and operational work packages.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the satisfactory completion and certification of maintenance activities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a strong focus on aviation safety and collaborative working in accordance with the MOE.
• Communicate directly with customers and operators to understand, process, and coordinate maintenance and inspection requirements.
• Review maintenance bookings and allocate suitably authorized Certifying Staff to planned maintenance and inspection activities.
• Generate, review, approve, and distribute work packages and Job Cards based on customer requirements and approved maintenance data.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for Certifying Staff and Borescope Inspectors.
