Job summary

CAE in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support Borescope Inspection Services, coordinating inspectors, maintenance documentation, and customer engagement.

You will manage bookings, allocate Certifying Staff, prepare work packages, and assist with invoicing, payroll, proposals, and regulatory compliance.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour work week and a hybrid onsite/remote pattern, with 50% onsite attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aviation, engineering, technical studies, business operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in a Maintenance Coordinator, Planning, or similar role in aviation.
• Experience coordinating maintenance or inspection activities within regulated environment.
• Experience with technical documentation, maintenance records and work packages.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support completion and certification of maintenance activities per procedures and regs.
• Maintain aviation safety and MOE-aligned practices.
• Communicate with customers to coordinate maintenance requirements.
• Review bookings and assign Certifying Staff to activities.
• Create and distribute work packages and Job Cards per customer needs.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
• Coordinate access, equipment prep, and facility support with stakeholders.
• Monitor activities and maintain clear customer communication.
• Archive documentation and ensure records accuracy.
• Maintain monthly compliance and calibration records.
• Assist with proposals, quotations, payroll, and invoicing.
• Develop relationships with customers and authorities.
