Job summary

CAE is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Dublin, Ireland to support FAA/EASA-approved borescope inspection activities globally. You will coordinate inspectors, manage maintenance documentation, and liaise with customers and stakeholders while ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery.

The role involves 50% onsite work in a hybrid setting, with a focus on safety, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within the Borescope Inspection Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aviation, engineering, tech, or related field.
• 3+ years in a Maintenance Coordinator/planning/maintenance administration role in aviation.
• Experience coordinating maintenance/inspection activities in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support completion and certification of maintenance per procedures and regs.
• Maintain safety focus and MOE compliance.
• Coordinate inspectors and bookings; allocate staff for planned activities.
• Prepare work packages, review documentation, and archive records.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and liaise with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with proposals, quotations, and payroll-related tasks.
