CAE Parc Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support our Borescope Inspection Services. The role focuses on coordinating inspections worldwide, maintaining aviation safety, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and certifying staff.

Reporting to the 145 Department Manager, you will prepare work packages, arrange travel, manage on-site coordination, and assist with invoicing and payroll sorting. A background in airline maintenance environments is preferred.

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance/Production Coordinator role within an aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-changing setting.
  • Comfortable working remotely on portions of duties.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to process initial requests and coordinate inspections.
  • Generate and approve work packages based on customer requirements and approved data.
  • Liaise with travel partners to arrange travel and accommodation for inspectors.
  • Coordinate each inspection with on-site representatives and certifying staff, ensuring clear client communication.
  • Review returning work packages and archive project documentation.
  • Support invoicing coordination for projects and payroll coordination for inspectors.

CAE Parc Aviation is accepting applications for a Maintenance Coordinator in our Borescope Inspection Services Department. The position is open to candidates with previous experience in a Maintenance/Production Coordinator or Planning role within an airline, aircraft or aircraft component maintenance environment.Reporting to the 145 Department Manager, the successful candidate will join our team of Maintenance Coordinators in supporting our Borescope Inspectors in their performance of FAA/EASA approved borescope inspections across the globe.ResponsibilitiesOperational Requirements:• Maintain a clear focus on aviation safety and team collaboration in accordance with the company’s MOE• Communicate directly with our clients to process initial requests• Generate and approve work packages based on customer requirements and approved maintenance data• Liaise with our travel partner to arrange travel and accommodation for our inspectors• Coordinate each inspection by liaising, on-site representatives, our certifying staff and ensure that clear communication with the client representatives is maintained throughout the service delivery• Review returning work packages• Archive project documentation• Develop and maintain the highest professional relationship with the authorities, existing and potential clients• Contribute to the organisation’s developmentInvoicing:• To assist in coordinating invoicing for each project. Payroll:• To assist in coordinating Borescope Inspectors payroll at month end as per the dates and layout outlined by AccountsCandidate Requirements• Previous experience in a Maintenance/Production Coordinator role within an aircraft or aircraft component maintenance environment• Capacity to multi-task and act quickly to an ever-changing environment• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• A high level of computer literacy• As a portion of the role’s duties will be carried out remotely, the candidate must be comfortable making decisions and have the drive to work independentlyWorking Hours:The role requires that the candidate work a 4 on 4 off shift rotation. Working hours are typically 08:00 – 20:00.
