Job summary

Storm-Recruitment is recruiting an AV Service Engineer for a Dublin-based role. You will provide onsite and remote service, maintenance and support for Audio-Visual and Unified Communications systems, with some travel outside Dublin and occasional overnight stays.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in AV service or related roles, strong troubleshooting skills, VPN and remote-access experience, and excellent communication to liaise with clients and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Audio-Visual service, maintenance or support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve AV faults.
• Experience with remote access tools and VPN configuration.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote maintenance, servicing, and repair of AV and UC systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, and diagnose faults within integrated AV systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturer support to resolve complex issues.
