Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an AV Lead Technician to lead on-site installations of audio-visual systems across corporate and commercial projects. This hands-on role requires strong technical leadership and client-facing professionalism.

Travel is extensive, up to 90% across Europe, and the successful candidate will supervise junior technicians, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality installations that meet both technical and aesthetic standards.

• Ability to travel frequently (up to 90%) to sites across Europe.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated AV Lead Technician to join our European AV team. You’ll be responsible for leading on-site installations of audio-visual systems in the corporate and commercial sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, leadership, and client-facing professionalism. Please note, extensive travel across Europe is required with this position.

• Eligible driving license and passport.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 90%) to sites across Europe.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
