You will manage enquiries, deliver timely communication with clients and partners, and assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing and reporting. A mechanical knowledge background and 2+ years in customer service are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in leasing or automotive services preferred.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day enquiries from clients and service providers, including service appointments, incident management, inspections, and short-term vehicle arrangements.
• Deliver high-quality service through regular communication with clients and service partners.
• Respond to and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Minimise client downtime by providing efficient solutions and coordinating with key service providers.
• Handle administrative tasks, including invoice processing, reporting, and workflow management.
• Participate in performance evaluations and training initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
