Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Process Documentation Specialist to transform HR into a standardized, scalable global function. You will turn fragmented knowledge into clear documentation supporting Workday enablement, self-service, and automation readiness.

Collaborating with HR Operations, COEs, HRBPs, and HR Technology, you will capture current practices, identify gaps, and document future-ready processes with ownership, controls, and automation-ready structure.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting HR processes in a structured and standardized format.
• Ability to translate fragmented process knowledge into clear documentation.
• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with HR case management, knowledge base tools, and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, standardized HR process documentation using Bentley’s template.
• Convert fragmented materials into structured, high‑quality documents.
• Document end‑to‑end HRSS processes with inputs, outputs, roles, controls, and escalation points.
• Validate process accuracy with stakeholders and maintain a global HRSS process inventory.
• Identify gaps, outdated content, and unclear ownership; support knowledge base cleanup.
• Contribute to sustainable documentation governance, change control, and quality standards.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate drafting, review, and gap identification.
