Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or process documentation.
• Ability to translate fragmented knowledge into clear, standardized documents.
• Experience documenting HR processes, including end-to-end flow and controls.
• Familiarity with Workday, HR knowledge bases, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, standardized HR process documentation using Bentley’s approved template.
• Convert fragmented materials into structured, high-quality documents.
• Document HRSS processes with end-to-end flow, inputs, outputs, roles, systems, controls.
• Collaborate with HRSS, COEs, HRBPs, Workday/HR Technology to validate accuracy and ownership.
• Support global HRSS process inventory and governance model.
• Identify gaps, outdated content, and unclear ownership.
• Assist in knowledge base cleanup and alignment with approved docs.
• Help establish change control and documentation quality standards.
• Apply governance and automation-ready principles; use Copilot responsibly.
• Focus on colleague experience and faster, clearer HR service delivery.
