Job summary

Réalta Technologies is seeking a Technical Automation Lead to oversee automation projects for a leading Medical Device manufacturer in Cork. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in industrial automation and hands-on expertise with Allen-Bradley PLCs.

This role involves leading project teams, developing project plans, and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements. Additionally, the candidate will manage vendor relationships and optimize automation solutions within manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven track record of leading automation projects from concept through to commissioning.
• Experience in managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical and project leadership to various stakeholders.
• Support the specification and implementation of automation systems.

Skills

Strong background in industrial automation
