Job summary

RBK MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking an Audit Senior to join our Athlone team, collaborating with Partners and the broader Audit group on a diverse client portfolio.

You will lead audit assignments, supervise junior staff, and deliver high-quality service while building strong client relationships and identifying value-adding opportunities.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant with 2+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business advisory and business development.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on developing others.
• Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit assignments from planning and execution through to completion.
• Prepare reports highlighting audit findings, providing recommendations and practical advice to clients.
• Work with Partners and the wider Audit team to deliver high-quality service across a varied client portfolio.
• Build strong client relationships, understand clients' businesses and identify opportunities to add value.
• Supervise, support and develop junior team members, including Trainees, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional development.
• Develop specialist market knowledge and proactively identify opportunities to support clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated client solutions.

You will work closely with Partners and the wider Audit team across a diverse client portfolio, taking responsibility for audit assignments while building strong client relationships and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
