Job summary

Russell Brennan Keane (RBK) is expanding its Audit & Business Advisory Department and seeks a commercially minded Audit Manager to join the team. You will oversee a Midlands-based client portfolio, delivering high-quality audit, business advisory and value-added services.

You will work closely with Partners to grow the portfolio, develop client relationships, and provide leadership within a collaborative, hybrid-working environment with strong opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality audit from planning through to completion, business advisory and value-added services.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and understanding their wider business needs.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients through advisory services and collaboration with other areas of the business.
• Work closely with the Partner and wider team to develop the existing portfolio and identify opportunities to grow new sectors and client relationships.
• Help develop and strengthen the existing team as the department continues to grow.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
