Russell Brennan Keane is expanding its Audit & Business Advisory Department and recruiting a Senior Audit Manager to join RBK in Ireland. You will lead a diverse client portfolio, drive high-quality audits, and provide advisory support beyond traditional auditing.

The role offers significant leadership responsibilities, client exposure and opportunities for progression within a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with experience in an Audit Manager or equivalent management position.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality Audit, business advisory and value-added services.
• Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to clients, developing long-term relationships.
• Present Audit findings and reports to management and Boards with insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients and work with other departments.
• Contribute to the growth of the department and development of new sectors.
• Provide leadership to the Audit team, coaching and developing Managers, Seniors and Trainees.
• Ensure the quality, efficiency and delivery of Audit assignments to high standards.
• Support Partners with strategic development of the department.
