RBK is expanding its Audit & Business Advisory Department and seeks a Senior Audit Manager to join our growing team in Ireland. The role offers greater responsibility, client exposure and progression opportunities within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will lead a diverse portfolio across owner-managed businesses, SMEs and multinational subsidiaries, delivering high-quality audit, business advisory and value-added services with a strong leadership focus.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA-qualified with audit management experience.
• Experience leading diverse client portfolios including owner-managed businesses and SMEs.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present to senior management and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse client portfolio, overseeing the delivery of high-quality Audit, business advisory and value-added services from planning through to completion.
• Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to clients, developing strong long-term relationships and understanding their wider business needs.
• Prepare and present Audit findings and reports to management and Boards, providing insight, recommendations and commercially focused advice.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients, working collaboratively with other specialist departments across the business.
• Contribute to the growth of the department and development of new sectors, identifying opportunities to expand the client portfolio and strengthen market presence.
• Provide strong leadership to the Audit team, coaching and developing Managers, Seniors and Trainees and supporting the continued growth of the department.
• Take responsibility for the quality, efficiency and delivery of Audit assignments, ensuring high professional and technical standards are maintained.
• Support Partners with the strategic development of the department, contributing ideas and initiatives that support its continued growth.
