Job summary

RBK is expanding its Audit & Business Advisory Department in Athlone and seeks a Senior Audit Manager to lead a Midlands-based client portfolio, delivering high-quality audit, business advisory and value-added services. Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with audit management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality Audit, business advisory and value-added services.
• Act as a senior point of contact and trusted advisor to clients.
• Prepare and present Audit findings and reports to management and Boards.
• Identify opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.
• Contribute to growth and development of new sectors.
• Provide strong leadership to the Audit team and coach staff.
• Take responsibility for quality, efficiency and delivery of Audit assignments.
• Support Partners with strategic development of the department.
