Job summary

RBK Chartered Accountants in Ireland is growing its Audit Department and seeks ambitious Audit Seniors to join the expanding team. You will work across a Midlands-based client portfolio, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs and subsidiaries of multinational organisations, gaining experience in audit, business advisory and value-added services.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with 2+ years' post-qualified experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on a diverse range of Audit assignments, taking responsibility for planning, execution and completion of Audits.
• Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting issues identified during the audit and providing appropriate recommendations and advice.
• Work closely with Partners and the wider Audit team to deliver a high-quality service across a portfolio of clients.
• Build strong client relationships, developing an understanding of their businesses and identifying opportunities to provide additional value and advice.
• Play a key role in the supervision, support and development of junior team members, including Trainees, providing guidance on their professional and technical development.
• Develop specialist market knowledge, taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to support clients.
