Job summary

Strata Financial is seeking an Audit & Accounts Manager to lead audits across a diverse client portfolio in Ireland. You will work closely with Partners and Senior Managers, take ownership of client relationships, and contribute to expansion of services in advisory and restructuring areas.

The role requires ACA/ACCA or equivalent with at least 3 years post-qualification experience, strong Irish accounting knowledge, and proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Accounting qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish accounting and auditing standards.
• Experience managing multiple assignments and meeting client deadlines.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coaching, supervising or reviewing the work of junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and oversee the completion of audit engagements across a varied client portfolio.
• Oversee accounting and advisory engagements including exempt accounts, monthly management accounts, due diligence and restructuring.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, presenting audit findings and recommendations to clients and Partners.
• Coach, mentor, and develop audit team members and contribute to departmental performance management.
