Strata Financial is built for ambitious SME owners. Supporting owner-managed and growing businesses isn't just part of what we do, it's at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to be the first-choice advisory partner for SMEs across Ireland.
As an Irish-owned firm, we've grown rapidly, becoming a Top 20 firm in 2023 and Employer of the Year at the Irish Accountancy Awards in 2024. With ambitions to become a Top 10 Irish firm by 2028, we're creating opportunities for greater impact, broader responsibility, and faster career progression. If you want to help build something exceptional, this is the place to do it.

Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor throughout engagements
- Present audit findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to clients, senior management, and Partners
